Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and we will work with you to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@modfurnit.com or +1 308-380-2301. We will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has entered our fulfillment workflow. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and once processing begins, cancellation may not be feasible.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) are processed starting the following business day, which may provide a slightly longer window for cancellation requests.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You have two options at this point:

  1. Refuse the delivery when the carrier attempts delivery. The package will be returned to us, and we will process a refund once received.

  2. Accept the delivery and initiate a return following our Returns & Refund Policy. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If we successfully cancel your order before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. The timing of when the credit appears in your account depends on your financial institution's processing schedule.

Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only certain items, contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate partial cancellations when feasible, though this depends on how your order is being processed and packed.

Cancellation Confirmation

When you request a cancellation, we will confirm whether we were able to stop the order from shipping. If cancellation is successful, you will receive confirmation via email. If the order has already shipped, we will provide tracking information and explain your options for refusing delivery or returning the item.
