Warranty Coverage

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at info@modfurnit.com or +1 308-380-2301 with your order number and clear photographs showing the damage or defect.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the damaged or defective item
  • Repair instructions or replacement parts, if applicable
  • Full refund to your original payment method

The specific resolution will depend on product availability, the nature of the damage or defect, and your preference.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Damage from improper assembly or installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage occurring during return shipment (unless we provided the shipping label)

For DOA claims, remember the 48-hour notification requirement from delivery date.

Limitation of Remedies
